What we never hold

Why we hold it

To run the service you asked for: authenticate you, execute the trades you direct, show you your positions, take payment, keep the system up, and answer you when you get in touch. We do not sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Privy — sign-in and key custodyyour email, wallet
Our payment processoryour email, billing details
Hosting and infrastructuretechnical logs
Market-data providerscoin addresses only — never you

When the terminal looks up a coin, the provider sees a request for that coin. Your identity and your wallet are not part of it. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

The part we can't undo

Solana is a public ledger. Your wallet address and every trade in it are permanently visible to anyone, forever, and are not ours to delete. Deleting your EdgeLvl account removes what we hold — it cannot remove anything from the chain. Anyone who links your wallet address to you can see its entire history.

How long we keep it

Account data for as long as you have an account, and up to 12 months after you close it. Technical logs for about 90 days. Records we're required to keep for tax or legal reasons, for as long as that requires.

Your choices

Write to us and we'll give you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete your account and the data attached to it. Depending on where you live you may have formal rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection — we'll honour those requests regardless of where you live.

Cookies and browser storage

We store your session token and your light/dark preference in your browser's local storage. That's what keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

EdgeLvl is for adults. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.

Security

Traffic is encrypted, secrets are held server-side, and the custody model is built so that a breach of our systems still cannot move your funds — that's the point of us not holding keys. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't promise otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we'll tell you by email or in the terminal before it takes effect.
